Most of my clients are first-time buyers or folks moving up to their next place. A lot of them have been told no by a bank, or talked down to by a loan officer who made the whole thing feel intimidating. That's not how I work.
When you call me, you get me. Same person from the first conversation to the closing table. I'll walk you through your options in plain language, run real numbers, and tell you straight if something isn't the right fit yet.
I work with conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, first-time buyer programs, Utah down payment assistance, and refinances. If you're not sure which one fits, that's what the first call is for.
