What we collect
When you submit a contact form or loan inquiry on this site, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, state, loan purpose, and any notes you include. We also receive standard log information from your browser (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, walk through loan options, and follow up on your inquiry. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your information with marketing companies.
Credit and underwriting
If you formally apply for a loan, we will pull your credit report (with your consent) and share your information with Security Home Mortgage, our underwriters, mortgage insurance providers, title companies, and other parties required to complete the loan.
